OBH Welcomes Dr. Mazen M. Ibrahim!

One Brooklyn Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Mazen M. Ibrahim, MBBCh, MSc, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery, to our growing orthopedic team.

Dr. Ibrahim is an internationally trained orthopedic surgeon with specialized expertise in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery, Hip Preservation and Reconstruction Surgery. He brings extensive clinical, surgical, and academic experience gained through advanced fellowship training at some of the world’s most prestigious orthopedic institutions.

His fellowship training includes:

Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, University of Ottawa, Canada

• Pelvis and Acetabular Trauma and Hip Reconstruction - InselSpital, Bern University, Switzerland

Dr. Ibrahim completed his orthopedic residency training at Mansoura University, Egypt, and has developed a distinguished academic and research career with numerous peer-reviewed publications focusing on pediatric orthopedics, hip preservation, reconstruction, and musculoskeletal outcomes research Dr. Ibrahim will provide Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic services every Monday at Brookdale’s Bone and Joint Center, evaluating and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents Dr. Ibrahim’s commitment to clinical excellence, education, research, and compassionate patient-centered care aligns with One Brooklyn Health’s mission of providing high-quality specialty services close to home.
