Working at OBH

"I enjoy working at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center for over 27 years because my job is not only beneficial to me but also to others, and this gives me a great sense of satisfaction and a feeling of connection in positively impacting another person's life. My work, helping others, gives me a sense of purpose, knowing what I do makes a difference and that greatly adds to the value I place on myself and my role within the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Centre (OBH)."

"I love my job because of the challenging nature of my work. It pushes me to new heights. I am committed to excellence and believe that excellence is achieved when employees feel valued; physicians feel that their patients are getting great care and patients feel that the service and quality they receive are extraordinary. In addition, there is regular appreciation from my immediate manager and the institution. There is an open-door policy that lends itself to transparency."

"Through my time at OBH Kingsbrook and now at OBH Brookdale, I learned the true value of teamwork and dedication in healthcare. I look to carry these lessons with me throughout my career, and always look back on my time as a director of radiology with the utmost respect and fondness. But what I will always cherish most are the relationships I formed with my colleagues and patients. It is a true privilege to work alongside such passionate and caring individuals, and I will always be grateful."
