OBH In the Community

One Brooklyn Health is committed to providing greater access to quality health care that responds to the unique needs of our community. We are dedicated to coordinating outreach efforts that include important free services such as health screenings, wellness education and programs that address the social determinants of health. 

As such, we partner and work with valued community leaders, stakeholders, churches, schools, and senior centers to facilitate health fairs, community wellness events and special programs that place our doctors, nurses and medical specialists at the helm of these efforts. Our medical team provides free screenings for hypertension, body mass index, obesity, stroke, asthma and special education on diabetes prevention, stroke awareness, heart health, nutrition, maternal health, men's health and women's health to name a few. 

We welcome the opportunity to reach out to our community in the spirit of wellness whenever possible.
