Rutland Nursing Home and Schulman & Schachne Institute are the skilled nursing facilities of the One Brooklyn Health System. We are currently enhancing our clinical programs with new service lines including Pediatrics and Young Adult Post-Acute Care. Our two facilities also offer programs in short-term rehabilitation, sub-acute care, geriatric long-term care, and dedicated specialty units for dementia, HIV care and ventilator-dependent residents.
