One Brooklyn Health is located in Central and East Brooklyn, serving one of the most diverse patient populations in the country. Our mission driven PM&R residency focuses on functional restoration, community impact, and hands on training. Residents gain strong exposure to complex pathology, early responsibility, and daily experience working within multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams. Our program offers high patient volume that creates true clinical depth and clinical confidence. Residents train across multiple unique hospitals and experience every major rehabilitation setting, including acute inpatient rehabilitation, subacute rehabilitation, consult services, and robust outpatient clinics.

Rotation Schedule Overview
Residents rotate through multiple affiliated medical centers, gaining experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation, subacute rehabilitation, consult services, and outpatient clinics. Training includes exposure to musculoskeletal medicine, neurorehabilitation, pain management, prosthetics and orthotics, wheelchair evaluation, and electrodiagnostic medicine.
Call Schedules
Call schedules are determined by individual hospital sites within the overall rotation structure. The residency program complies with Graduate Medical Education duty hour guidelines.

Residents are encouraged to participate in scholarly activity and quality improvement projects with faculty mentorship. Opportunities for presentations and publications are supported throughout residency.
