DSMP Program Holds its First Graduation

On November 14th OBH's Diabetes Center of Excellence celebrated World Diabetes Day with a special graduation at Kingsbrook, celebrating the first group of peer educators from the Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP), in collaboration with Health People.

This groundbreaking training program comprehensively provides on-site peer led diabetes self-management to high-risk patients living with diabetes, with the aim of improving the health status of the patients and reducing the complications of diabetes.
