OBH Physician Spotlight - Andleeb Sherazi

Dr. Andleeb Sherazi grew up in Brooklyn, NY and her journey has come full circle by training and recently returning to practice in her native Borough, Brooklyn. She attended undergraduate at CUNY and medical school at Ross University where she had clinical postings in Brooklyn.

Dr. Andleeb Sherazi proceeded to do her residency training at One Brooklyn Health where she rose to the position of Chief Resident. She continued her clinical progress in the Department of Nephrology and Hypertension gaining board certification in 2021 and chief fellow for the academic years 2020-2021.

Continuing her association with the Brooklyn community, Andleeb went on to pursue Critical Care specialization at SUNY Downstate Brooklyn. She returned to One Brooklyn Health in 2022 where she now serves various roles including Associate Internal Medicine Program Directors, Faculty member in the departments of Medicine, Nephrology and Critical Care. Dr Sherazi is an active member of ASN, SCCM, ABIM and has authored multiple peer reviewed articles in these fields.
