OBH Welcomes Dr. Derrick Cheung

One Brooklyn Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Derrick Cheung, Director of Advanced Gastroenterology and Fellowship Program Director at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center!

He completed the majority of his clinical training in Brooklyn and is well known for his advanced endoscopic skills. He is an outstanding teacher and was closely involved with the education and endoscopic training of the gastroenterology fellows at both Kings County Hospital Center and Brooklyn Hospital Center.  He has served as a mentor to numerous gastroenterology fellows and medical residents at his previous institutions. 

Dr. Cheung's main clinical interests include advanced endoscopic techniques and management of pancreatico-biliary diseases. His expertise is in advanced therapeutic endoscopy including:
