OBH in the Community

Community health starts with showing up!

One Brooklyn Health was proud to recently connect with our neighbors through two meaningful community outreach events.

At the Quincy Street Senior Residence, our team participated in “Huddle for Health” in partnership with Healthfirst, sharing valuable information on Diabetes Self-Management and empowering seniors with tools to take an active role in their health.

Our HIV Program team also connected with community members at the Brooklyn Public Library – Crown Heights Branch, providing education, raising awareness, and sharing important health resources and services.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to meet our community where they are and continue building a healthier Brooklyn together.
